What to Expect from Intimacy & Sex Coaching
Your body hasn't forgotten. It's just been waiting for permission
Coaching for people who are ready to connect with their sensuality, reclaim their desires, and experience intimacy the way they're craving.
What Nobody Taught You About Pleasure
I hope I'm not the first person to tell you this, but your desire is healthy. Your body's responses make sense. The sensations that you crave, including connection, passion, and to be fully seen and wanted, are not too much.
Most people were taught to believe that sex was something to be managed and not explored. For some, desire was deemed dangerous, shameful, or selfish. There was a "normal" surrounding erotic desires, and that built within a quiet fear that you might not fit inside that normalcy.
So you learned to perform instead of allowing yourself to feel. Disconnecting instead of arriving. Going through the motions and being left to wonder why intimacy leaves you still feeling a little lonely.
That's not a flaw. It's conditioning. Luckily, conditioning can be unlearned.
This is What Intimacy Coaching is For
It's a safe space where the two of you, or just you, can slow down enough to finally see what's actually happening beneath the surface.
Coaching isn't conflict resolution, and I am neither a referee, a mediator, nor a therapist.
I use tools rooted in attachment science, relational neuroscience, and somatic awareness, which will serve you by helping you understand not only what you're doing, but why, and more importantly, how to shift gears to create change that will last.
This work goes deep. It's honest. It's also built on the belief that the relationship you want isn't out of reach, it's simply under some layers that haven't been explored yet.
For Couples
You both deserve support. If any of these sound familiar, then relationship coaching is for you.
Romance? More Like Roommates
Navigate tough conversations and rebuild closeness.
Change is Hard
You're navigating a major life transition like a new baby, a career shift, or an empty nest.
Same Sh*t, Different Day
You cycle through the same arguments without resolution.
There' s Gotta Be More
Things Don't Feel The Same
There was a rupture and you've been to therapy but you can't seem to get the spark back.
You simply want more: more depth, more passion, more intimacy. You want more us.
If you both still want this, there is something to work with, and wanting it is enough to start.
What Brings You Here
You both deserve support. If any of these sound familiar, then relationship coaching is for you.
You've always felt a little disconnected
During sex, you feel like you're going through the motions instead of being present in pleasure.
You're ready to explore desires
Even if you've never spoken them aloud, and you need a safe space where you won't be judged for them.
You love your partner, but the physical connection has faded.
And you're not sure quite how to talk about it, let alone change it.
You're newly single
You've experienced something that changed your experience of intimacy
And you're ready to gently find your way back.
And you're realizing that you've never really known what you want; you've only known what someone else was willing to give you.
If you nodded at any of these, then I'm so glad you found me.
And it has dimmed your experiences pertaining to pleasure.
You feel shame when it comes to sex
For intimacy to get better on it's own. You want to fully experience pleasure.
You're ready to stop waiting
You both want more passion, more presence, more us, but you aren't sure how to get there together.
You and your partner want the same thing
For Individuals
You don't need a partner in the room to do relationship work. If you can relate to any of these, relationship coaching can improve your connection.
You're Ready for The Right One
You want to be ready for when they come along.
Get Comfortable with Communicating Your Desires
You're looking to improve the way you communicate with your partner without guilt or shutting down.
Patterns Repeat in Your Relationships
The same things happen with different people.
Improvement of Attachment Strategies
When you understand your attachment strategies, you'll be better able to identify compatible partners.
You've done the work in therapy but you feel stuck after your last relationship.
Stuck After a Breakup
The most important relationship you'll ever have is the one with yourself. Everything else grows from there.
You're worthy of pleasure.
