Relationship Coaching

You still love each other. So why does it feel so hard?

Coaching for individuals and couples who want more than coexistence; they want connection that actually feels like something.

The Relationship You Have vs. The One You Want

You're not here because your relationship is a disaster. You're here because it's fine, and fine is starting to feel like a loss.

Maybe the conversations have gotten shorter and the touches, less frequent. You've stopped fighting as much, but not because things are better, but because it stopped feeling worth it.

You're roommates who love each other; partners who've forgotten how to feel like partners.

Or maybe the conflict hasn't quieted at all. The same arguments continue to circle back, with different words being used to scrape open the same wound. You're both trying and you'r both exhausted. You can feel the distance growing even as you reach for each other.

Whatever brought you here, the fact that you're yearning for better is the most important thing.

What is Relationship Coaching?

It's a safe space where the two of you, or just you, can slow down enough to finally see what's actually happening beneath the surface.

Coaching isn't conflict resolution, and I am neither a referee, a mediator, nor a therapist.

I use tools rooted in attachment science, relational neuroscience, and somatic awareness, which will serve you by helping you understand not only what you're doing, but why, and more importantly, how to shift gears to create change that will last.

This work goes deep. It's honest. It's also built on the belief that the relationship you want isn't out of reach, it's simply under some layers that haven't been explored yet.

For Couples

You both deserve support. If any of these sound familiar, then relationship coaching is for you.

There' s Gotta Be More
Things Don't Feel The Same

There was a rupture and you've been to therapy but you can't seem to get the spark back.

You simply want more: more depth, more passion, more intimacy. You want more us.

If you both still want this, there is something to work with, and wanting it is enough to start.

For Individuals

You don't need a partner in the room to do relationship work. If you can relate to any of these, relationship coaching can improve your connection.

Stuck After a Breakup

The most important relationship you'll ever have is the one with yourself. Everything else grows from there.
